G.H Mumm Cordon Rouge

  • A clear and bright golden yellow in colour, its abundant, delicate bubbles testify to this champagne's elegance and vigour
  • The nose reveals initial aromas of ripe fresh fruit (white and yellow peaches, apricots), tropical notes (lychee or pineapple)
  • Opens up with the fragrance of vanilla before developing notes of milky caramel, breadcrumbs and yeast, culminating in aromas of dried fruit and honey
  • Freshness bursts onto the palate, followed by great length in the mouth, and subtle, rich bubbles
  • Its aromatic richness is also a perfect match for white meat and fish such as monkfish or red mullet.

Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut

  • A fresh crisp palate reveals white-fleshed fruits (apple, pear, white peach), citrus fruits (lemon), floral notes (lime blossom) and elegant hints of brioche and fresh nuts.
  • A perfect balance of the three champagne grape varieties (30% to 40% Pinot Noir, 30% to 40% Pinot Meunier, 20% to 30% Chardonnay).
  • Produced in Epernay, a small town in Northeast France located in the heart of Champagne with the most extensive estates in the region
  • Bright fruitiness, a seductive palate and an elegant maturity, that continually seduce and delight.

Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial

  • Nectar Imperial's assemblage is built on the structure of Pinot Noir (40 to 50%), the flesh of Pinot Meunier (30 to 40%) and the freshness of Chardonnay (10 to 20%). The use of 20% to 30% of carefully selected reserve wines complete the assemblage and enhance its intensity, richness and consistency.
  • Its yellow color is sustained and nuanced with gold.
  • Ideal for all sweet and sour, fatty-spicy, sugary-spicy or sweet dishes, Nectar Imperial exalts the flavor of fish, meat and poultry, poached or cooked in a creamy sauce, well-ripened, white-fleshed fruit, tropical or yellow-fleshed fruit, dried or glazed fruit, fatty nuts and spices. Two unusual, highly recommended pairings: foie gras and blue cheeses

Moet & Chandon Champagne Rose

  • Intense as it is irresistible. Moët & Chandon Impérial Rosé is the most extrovert and seductive expression of the Moët & Chandon style.
  • A lively bouquet of fresh red summer berries with floral nuances (rose, hawthorn) and a light peppery touch. The palate is flamboyant and combines intensity and roundness: fleshy and juicy at first, then firm with a subtle herbal finish.
  • Food pairings with this wine should be simple and intense in aroma, flavour and colour. Particularly grilled shellfish, red-fleshed fish in a thin-sliced carpaccio, grilled or pan-seared, red meat (raw to lightly cooked) in a light sauce, delicious, sun-ripened vegetables and fresh red berries.
